Actually, Melvin Cole had the lacerated kidney, but Jenkins Reese did get hurt in the Temple game.

One thing that is true is that they did hold random drug tests recently.

I completely agree with Flipper about privacy issues. I usually don't pay any attention to these kinds of rumors, especially from a first time poster, but there were just enough facts in some of the small details to make me curious. All I want to find out at this point is if he is still with the team or not. That will be easy enough.

Sprenkel and Shaefer have yet to see any game action. They are both being red-shirted. Saturday's game had Raishaun Stover, Melvin Cole, and Lauren Hargrove in sweats on the sidelines, and Reese is no longer with the team. Neither is Jason Hollingsworth, Pat Curran, and Andrew Cambell.

I was going off of bgsu.edu to get that information. I would not be surprised if they were wrong. Like I said, they had Carson playing the past few games.

Thought that was Stover in warmup stuff on sidelines...but any reason for the other kids NOT being on the team any more? (Thought Campbell in particular, was supposed to be one of our top recruits...know that Curran was originally a walkon) 8)

Today's Blade reported that Jenkins Reese has quit the team. No reason given.

It also says that John Lanning, backup center, had knee surgery and is done for the year. Culp takes his place at #2 center.
