Don't downplay how good Miami was last year because of one game. They played one bad game last season out of 14. Every team in college football last season had at least one bad game.

Now THAT was a mid-major BCS buster who could've run with ANY team. They would've given any top team last year a run for their money and you cannot say that about this Utah team. Miami(OH) was tested several times and played many top teams while Utah hasnt' played anyone really. Both Omar and Alex are sophs but Omar is clearly the better QB because the numbers say so against similar competition except we have played OU and they havent' played any really top program. About being outcoached, I guess I could agree with that but I think Gregg Brandon has worked himself into a Niche and is doing a wonderful job and will only get better with time.
Utah 04 vs Miami 03. Right now I think Utah is the better team. They killed the BCS teams they have played and they were not all cupcakes. Maybe they will get a chance to prove it furthur in a BCS bowl.

Team A has beat their opponents by an avg. of 34 pts and their starter doesn't play the fourth quarter.

Team B has beat their opponents by an avg. of 25 pts.

Guess which team is Utah and Which team is BG

Also yeah they beat #22 A&M and unranked North Carolina. Both games were played at Utah. BG played #2 OU and #24 NIU on the road.
The rest of Utah's opponents are under .500 only one has a winning record and the other has a .500 record.

Transfer-

So using your logic . . . The Utes beat Miami(Fl) and NC State too . . .

Right???

NWLB-

That show wouldn't be as painful to watch if Hammb and myself were operating the controls, but we're way too honest to be on TV.

Two lucky wins for the Tar Heels (well, one was a miracle).

Nevertheless, I can't make the argument that they are a good team, b/c I think the whole ACC is about the most overrated collective talent group ever and hopefully the bowls will support that, but the ACC was very good in setting up games in their favor against a horrible Big East and a 2nd or 3rd place team from the WAC for two examples.

I think UNC does have talent in place with the QB Durant and RB Scott, but yes in the greater scheme of things they are not a top-shelf program.

John Bunting is lucky to still be employed.

No I'm saying the FCC couldn't hit the switch fast enough for some of the things we would say on TV while doing Sportscenter or football games.

Ahhh. Heck, they don't turn the lights on anymore, they just send you a bill.

Then a few weeks later XM radio offers you a contract.

Yeah but Team B has won all their games and team A has not beaten a team with a winning record.

Utah is the real deal.
We'll see the truth when the Bowl games come around. I don't know if they're a top 5 team. They're really good and I think they'd give us an unreal game, but Top 5, no thanks.

In order to win at home, you have to have some sort of home field advantage. When no fans show up, that really changes the players intensity for games. I think BG would beat them here or there though!
