I was flipping through my wife's Pottery Barn Kids holiday catalog when on page 44, something caught my eye.

There is a BGSU mini Schutt helmet on the shelf right next to the Brett Favre figurine.

My wife actually caught that same thing a month or two ago. I didn't believe her at first, but it was pretty sweet.

somehow my middle-class, no kid having self got that catalog, too. Now I'm glad I didn't throw it out, if only for that page!!!

This thread upset my wife a touch.

How in the world can you tell that's a BG helmet in that picture??? Is it bigger in the catalogue, because I can't see any of the logo in that pic???

If you drag the picture onto your desktop and zoom in, you can tell it's last season's helmet design.

This is exactly why I love this place.

How many other fan sites for ANY other university would have people on it who would notice something like this and THEN take the time to clip and blow the picture up?
