I know which ones you're talking about. I lived about a block away in the big yellow house on the southwest corner of 8th and Elm. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but it's huge inside. It's split into two units. We lived in the one in the back which has 3 bedrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 bathrooms. I have lots of fond memories of parties at that house. One involved a lap dance on my birthday from a drunken member of the dance team who's boyfriend was a city cop and is now with the secret service. He was there too...good thing he's not real uptight and protective :shock:

Well the tour of the house didn't go as well as we were hoping. The place was in pretty bad shape, and by pretty bad I am taking into account that it is a student house and was still in too poor of shape for us to live in. In that house, any hosting of gatherings we would have wanted to do would have been silly unless it was outdoors, as there was about 100 total square feet of space to stand. The search continues...

Yeah, that's the problem with A frames. How about the windmill :P I always thought it would be cool to live there just for a year, but talk about lack of space and parking.
