And Caminiti could be the "bartender" for that group, right?Mr. Frieda wrote:I don't know about y'all, but Albert Belle is looking like quite the candidate.
Seriously, how the hell is he even in consideration!
We could see the all-steroid class...belle, conseco, mcgwire, buhner =)

Last I heard BGSU doesn't just "give" out the diplomas....if he didn't finish his requirements, he won't graduate. If his situation is true, it's pretty sad.....TG1996 wrote:I had heard that, too, from a few sources that would know, but I think I remember being told that he's come around of late. I believe it all stemmed from him leaving before he graduated and not giving until they gave him a degree.
"Regarding BGSU, I would think their biggest strength is that they never give up, They never slow down and they battle hard even after the other team scores. We have to be on our game and never, ever take the foot off the gas for a second."

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

I have a piece of paper that begs to differ....Falcon Fanatic wrote:Last I heard BGSU doesn't just "give" out the diplomas...
But yeah, it's pretty poor of him, and having heard it from at least two people who "would know", I have to think it's unfortunately true.
"I don't believe I can name a coach, anywhere, anytime, anyhow, who did it better than Doyt Perry."

BGSU does "just give away" degrees. Well, honorary diplomas. See Scott Hamilton for the best example I can think of.
