Roll Call

Post by BGDrew »

Ohio Hockey Classic, who's going to be there?

For those that won't be able to make the game, you might hear a certain annoying a-hole doing color commentary. I apologize in advance for those who will be forced to hear my propaganda.

We will be there for the Saturday games only. Our son plays at the BG Ice Arena in a tourney that starts tomorrow and goes through Friday. Given the time we are leaving for Columbus (after his 3:00 game on Friday), we probably won't hear much of the Friday game on the radio either... But, I am sure you will do a REALLY AWESOME job!!!!

I will be there on Saturday. Can't miss the women's b-ball game on Friday. Any BGSU events besides the game happening anywhere in Columbus for this?

We have tickets for Friday's game, so we'll be there. I would imagine I will be there on Saturday, but that's still up in the air.

I will be there on Friday night. If we win on Friday or play Ohio State on Saturday night, I will probably be there on Saturday as well.

Definitely will try to make it at least one night. Probably Saturday. I'm excited. It will be my first game of the year and a welcome change from the ECHL drudgery here in Dayton.

Post-game Saturday

If you're heading north after the game Saturday, and you like live blues, stop in at the Finish Line in Delaware. Hot Rod and the Coupe DeVilles will start playing at 10PM. Great music in a truly intimate setting. It's like being in somebody's rec room. Decent food there, too.

Great choice NY-BG-Fan. I'm kinda worried at the attendance a little for that game vs Delware as this game being on a Fri up against Hockey. Couldn't they have put this game on Thurs. instead? With students gone and every person who's into the hockey program no matter what being in Columbus, I hope we can still muster a decent crowd on Fri.

I am sure you can buy them at the door, though don't quote me on it! Any ticket for Friday or Saturday will get you in for both games, as they run back to back each day. Separate tickets will be needed for each day, however. Hope that helps.

I bought our tickets on ticketmaster a week ago and we're in the fourth row. I think it is safe to say that there will be plenty of good seats available at the ticket window.

Count myself and Saxy in for Friday. Is anyone planning to meet up before the game? If so, send me something or post something before tomorrow morning. It'll be great to see ya'll and take in some Falcon Hockey! :D
