That is REALLY unfair...that would have been a very tough catch for anyone to make, let alone a blocking TE. Not to mention that there were other pplays just as important to the outcome (interception, missed tackles etc...) so picking on Jarett just isn't right.

Jarrett may quickly come to mind, but what jumps to my mind is the 3rd quarter that dragged on with little creative play calls. If you single out one play, how about our final offensive play of the game? Harris looking deep to the endzone for. . . . our best defensive back who is a generous 5'10" and who caught a total of zero passes (on offense at least) during his collegiate career.

Always struck me as odd that they would go to him on the final play.

Don't EVER say that again, pal. That is totally sh*tty of you. Craig is one of the finest kids BG has had in the last 20 years. He worked his tail off as a walk on & earned a schollie. He achieved a perfect 4.0 in the classroom with a dual major in chemistry and biology. Craig was named Academic All American and is currenlty studying at Case Western Reserve in Cleveland to become a doctor.

Don't ever blame Craig for that loss. The pass from Magner could have been a lot better. Craig had to turn around, on the run, and try to catch that ball about a foot off the ground. Would you have made the catch in front of 100,000+??

I get very pissed off when I hear people try to pin that loss on Craig. We had our chances in that game. What about the 4th and 2 at the BG 33 with 2 min left in the 1st half?? OSU breaks off a BiG td run to go up 17-7. Had the D stuffed that play, BG goes in down 10-7, at the worst. Games are never won or lost on ONE play. Verstehen Sie?
