Sadly, this was one of my favorite College football weeks

Post by Globetrotter »

I know BG was very very very very down...and there is no end in sight....Ok there is an end HAMMB what is that date....

But this week has been amazing...The Boise State game was phenomenal for BG and all of college football. Just a great game to watch as well. And then this. The team I hate worst in the world gets to be so high and then fall so low....People will be walking around tomorrow like there puppy got run over. Amazing week.

Im going to have to second the notion of feeling good after Ostate finally gets their butts handed to them. Its about time! And we know more often then not people will not be hanging their heads about it they will be rattling off the million reasons why they lost and why they are still the best. I swear they must teach a freshman BS class over there at ostate because they are all pros!

Has the athletic department decided where the Boise BCS money is going?

I seem to recall rumblings about installing Field Turf.

A bonus on the week was the dismantling of OU in the GMAC Bowl. OU became the first MAC team to lose the game to run the MAC's record to 5-1 in that bowl.

I totally agree. The only thing that could have been better is if BGSU had a great year, ala Boise State, and played in a bowl...BCS or not.

This bowl season was the best in a long time. And I won over $300 in our Bowl Pool at work. I was ranked #1 the whole bowl season except when Nevada lost to Miami...I fell to #2 for one day. And seeing the Buck$ getting drilled? Priceless.

Spring game is only 3 mos away!! GO FALCONS!~

I'd also like to point out that OSU's record is a losing one at 0-1...while ours is 0-0. So I think that means that we have a better record than them thus far into the new year.
GO FALCONS!!

Orange Field Turf for Real?

I know it violates NCAA rules, but it would be cool. If they don't spend it on the field turf, they can improve the drainage on the grass field. Raise it up a little, put down some sand, drainage, and get the runoff to go somewhere else.

Ha Ha Ohio State really really sucked. Overated.
