Seeking Advice

For whatever reason.....some high school classmate of mine, who I did not talk to in high school and probably have not talked to in the 28 odd years since graduate always emails me crap about OSU. She got my email from the last class reunion - obviously.

You know the crap..... the dollar bill with Tressel's photo "Soon to be legal tender", a photo of her model of the horseshoe in Legos. Today - a photo of the band spelling Oh Sh!$.

So I crafted the following response and was wondering what everyone thought..... before I send it..... or if I should send it.

Dear Classmate-

Thanks for the picture. You certainly support your alma mater and are a real Buckeye fan.

Sorry to tell you, but being a graduate of BGSU and solid supporter of Urban Meyer, I couldn't be happier with the outcome of the game.

I like my alma mater also.

FWIW- BG is a hockey school (7 league titles, 5 league play-ff crowns, National Champions in 1984, 2 Hobie Baker winners, over 30 players in the NHL, the two starting defensemen on the 1980 Olympic Team, multiple All Americans)........ we play in the CCHA as does OSU. Our record against your alma mater is 88-57-5. Your best and current coach is John Markel - a BG grad. OSU is a rival school. Anytime Ohio State loses... in any sport..... is good news to us.

Is that a privileged letter?

I have an old high school class mate that sends me OSU s**t as well. Why, like you, I have no fricking clue. I believe I need to send that letter his way as well.

It amazes me that people think since we live in or are from Ohio we would loved OSU. Somewhere around the age of 13 I figured out OSU sucks and never turned back. I also quit believing in Santa Claus, the Easter Bunny, the Tooth Fairy.

Nsh. Tell her that her sister is a slut. Believe it or not, it will probably bother her more than saying her mother is one because it is probably more likely that he or his friends might have... you know... But that's all before Mrs. Tech, of course, because she is the coolest woman ever.
