The way that is worded, and Grant would know better then I, I think that is pro OSU.

I think it was saying that if a team that loses in the championship game, and loses only one game a year, it called over rated. Then Ohio State has set the bar very high for a team to be called over rated. That is if you quoted it correctly. And I am thinking correctly at 12:10.....Grant?
