As long as we have a winning season this year and show improvement in terms of individuals stepping up. I will be happy.

it comes down to this, when we shoot well, we will win most of our games. when we shoot like hell like our last 3 losses, we will lose most of our games. We are just a little cold from the outside but we will start shooting better again.

- - - - and probably will be!!!!!!

I hate to be the " Prophet of Doom " here BUT we're into the MAC now and historically with D.D.'s teams this is when the mind games start and the players get frustrated and can't beat anybody. Isn't it about time for the defections to begin? :axe:

It's too bad there isn't the chemistry here that there is with the Women's team and Curt Miller. What a WIN, WIN situation that has become!!!!

They have also been pretty good since current coach Jeff Ruland has been there as well. He's taken Iona to the NCAA tourament multiple times, and almost won twice, nearly beating Syracuse in 1998 and only lost by 2 to Ole Miss in 2001. He's been successful enough that even at 0-16 his job is safe. Ruland also played in the NBA and was twice an All-Star with the Bullets.
