With the PT that the freshmen have gotten this year I would say that there is no hope for a medical RS. I just wish Sarah a speedy recovery.bgsufalcon24 wrote:Is there any chance of Clapper getting a medical redshirt? Or has she played too much already for that to happen?
I do find it odd that this is the second player who has torn her ACL this year. I don't know if there can be any other explanation other than chance, but it will sure be odd to see two players in wheelchairs at games in a couple of weeks.

I heard Whit tell someone after the game Saturday that the only reason she was in a wheelchair was because it was more comfortable for her than sitting on the bench since she wasn't able to put any weight on her knee yet. Her surgery went really well, she was just really sore and not able to weight any weight on it yet as of Saturday.
