As the resident logo geek, this should help everyone keep the correct titles with the correct logos:
Image

The new word mark and the new tradional logo would work together. . . because they are part of the same identity package- they were introduced at the same time and were designed to work together (another name for the "new tradional logo" was/is "athletic logo"

Yep -- word slip.

I don't know what it is, but I think in the field design you showed, they just don't mesh well for me.

i dig the "retail" logo personally, its got more personality and looks a bit more menacing. i like the old one too, but it seems kinda 60s-esque to me

Fair enough. It does get confusing with the names for those logos and trying to understand which ones people are referring to. . .

If you don't like that first one, that just means we need to come up with some more designs for people to look at.

I know of some schools that actually allow fans to vote on designs on the school's website- I have seen it done for basketball court and football field designs. I wonder if there is any chance we'd get a shot at voicing our opinions on the designs they are considering?

I agree. I mean that spaceghost retail gay logo has grown on me. I also love the update to the old logo that is now the new traditional logo. I don't see why we can't utilize both falcon heads. I like them both.

If the old one is traditional, and the new one is gay, does that mean using them both means we "go both ways"?

Man I completely forgot about that one. It would look pretty sharp if it is the one I am thinking of. Anybody got a pic of it?

That is easily my least favorite of all options. I hope you're wrong or joking.

I have resigned myself to Space Ghost Falcon. It has grown on me too. But playing "peek a boo" around the BG is just wrong.

Whatever happens could we please, for ONCE, just try to accept something without a massive bitchfest? For the love of God? That song and dance is getting really old around here...

BO...from way down town....NAILED IT!

I've never seen so many fans work so hard to tear down something they are fans of!
