72-55 in the windy city. Think about this...BG has played 6 games in the last 16 days and FIVE were on the road.
BiG game Sunday at AA vs that team up north...4 pm tip. The Freaks will be watching on Fox Sports Ohio. The 1987 MAC Title team will be honored on the 20th Anniversary of their championship.

I wonder how much the Super Bowl will hurt attendance. I don't think it will hurt the student attendance much, since they can all get back to the dorms/apartments before the SB starts (assuming BG-UT doesn't go into overtime, yeah, make me laugh!), but the townie attendance could be lessened a bit, especially considering the weather forecast (12 degrees for a HIGH! BRRR!!!) However, it IS Toledo, which should sell itself pretty well.Strouse wrote:For those that are curious, there WILL be an Athletic Band at the BG/UT game on Sunday to help get that place roarin'. Hopefully it will be a packed place.
someone at the University needed/needs to use the Super Bowl as a marketing tool. The Super Bowl pre-game show SUCKS.......even worse that it's CBS which is the very worst....so they should run ads locally telling people that they can sit at home and be bored to death or they can experience BGSU Lady Falcon basketball as a tune up for the S.B. Really play it up big.....as it should be played up.bgsufalcon24 wrote:I wonder how much the Super Bowl will hurt attendance.
