Palm's new bracket

In his first bracket, we were a rising 5 seed. We then went to a falling 6 seed, and now we're back to a rising 5. Not sure exactly what the thought process is there, but whatever.

He has us playing Ill. State in LA. He also still has Balls Tate in his field as a falling 12, but they're one of his "last four in".

Maybe his falling/rising reference is just relative to where he slotted the seed in his most previous bracket? Of course, that explanation wouldn't explain falling/rising in his very first bracket.

Plus there are teams that have moved around but don't have a rising/falling magical arrow.
