I think that pretty much answers the question of whether he is gonna come to BG or not.

I think that this might have already been answered, so please excuse me if it has, but I assume they are red-shirting Turner?

Yes, I think its clear that that is their intent. He can still practice with the team. There have been a lot of scenarios tossed out (ie, O4 goes down in week one, and Turner is the best backup option, etc) which have been fuel for speculation.

Great to see Turner on the field with the team. Great to see the team on the field! :D

To those of you who are planning on attending any of the football practice sessions....Can you take some pics and post them on the site? Notes on who looks good and who is a concern are always appreciated.

Can't wait until 9-4-04!!!

Anyone know when they plan to do the official unveiling of the new uniforms?

Before taking pictures you might want to get Coach Brandon's permission. Last year while working on the Harris4Heisman site I was out taking some pictures, and at Coach Brandon's urging, an assistant politely asked me to get lost. I was told that if I wanted to take pictures I would need the coach's permission. I explained why I wanted the pictures and he went back and talked with the head coach who proceeded to give me a huge smile and thumb's up. I still did not take any more pictures until I had contacted coach Brandon (via e-mail in my case) and had his permission that it was acceptable for me to take them.

Coach Brandon seems plenty cordial and willing to work with anyone wanting to take photos, but just be forewarned that you should have permission before heading out there.

It would also be nice if someone would look around and see if Charles Sharon is there.

If you look in the background of the AT pic, you can see Sharon with his shirt rolled up and holding a football.

Maybe a press pass for Ay-Zig could be obtained. Practice, sidelines, etc.

I wish I could get out there with my brand new Canon EOS Digital Rebel. I could take some damn nice shots for wallpapers and such. :?
