If you didn't see that goal by Whitmore....you missed one of the best collegiate goals I've ever seen. He came across the blue line with one defender in front of him and one behind him. He deked the puck between the front defender's legs and buried it over the goalies left shoulder. It was a great win, and really helps us moving into playoffs time. With UNO up 0-2 at Alaska, it's looking like another trip to UNO.

The Whitmore goal was definitely a thing of beauty!
One of my favorite things in life is watching the Falcons beat the Spartans, no matter what the two team's records are! Great Game guys!
I really hope that whatever was wrong with Whitmore's leg/knee isn't as bad as it looked. It happened directly in front of us and it looked ugly! He needed to be helped off the ice and of course, didn't return.
3-0 UNO about halfway through the 2nd.
