11 or 12?

Post by JWEIII »

I know it doesn't matter too much, but will get the 11 or 12 seed for the tourney?

I'm a moron, so I was hoping someone who understands this stuff can help me plan my tourney schedule.

Thanks

Thats a good question, if NIU and Buffalo loss today, all three of us are 3-13, and since we split with UB I don't know how the tiebreaker would work

I get the Akron/Kent game on TV tonight. When that one is over the regular season is over. The field should be set (and they will probably give the schedule).

I'll post it. And y'all can come to my house for pre-game cocktails (schedule permitting).

According to the tiebreakers posted on the MAC website, it's head to head, then winning percentage vs. ranked opponents in the conference. I am assuming that means the order of finish from the top (UT, Akron, Kent, etc.).
So, NIU has the tiebreaker on us, and we split with UB. Who else did UB beat?

Miami and NIU. We beat Miami and Ball St. Since Ball St will be higher then NIU, I guess we will win the tie-breaker with Buffalo if we end up tied.
