The question is not, "do we have a shot?" The question is "do you think we will win?" We already know that we have a shot, small as it may be.

Yes we can win.

It all depends upon which BG team shows up. The team that beat Miami this past Sunday or the team that plays as a group of individuals.

It's tourney time. Anything can happen. Remember, Dakich teams are 5-1 in first round games in the tourney.

I think we beat OU in a close game.

Good for you Kaleena. I'm glad to see people like you supporting the team through thick and thin. I should learn from people like yourself.

The poll stands at 11 votes BG, 11 votes Ohio. It's a dead tie.

Just for the record, I'm not rooting against us. I never have, and I never will. The more I see people posting on this topic, the more I hope I'm wrong about tomorrow's game.

I think we're going to win and win big. Why? Because I'm Grant... and that's the way I think.

I'm with Grant. Its not like Ohio is unbeatable. Plus some dude called Pepperguy is posting videos at youtube of BG basketball. That has to be a good sign. 8)

I went to the game in Athens. It was the worst performance I've ever seen by a Bowling Green team. 2 minutes into the game and it was over. I think we had 16 points by halftime--and we were lucky to get that! They'll kill us in Cleveland. They smoked us in our own house--a place they usually struggle! They hate Anderson Arena! Go ahead and question my BG loyalty--but I didn't see ONE OTHER BG fan at the game in Athens!

I think Tim O'Shea comes out dressed like a leprechaun and starts screaming "They're always after my Lucky Charms!" Dakich then goes over and screams "They aren't magically delicious because the marshmellows are f*cking stale!" and proceeds to jam a bar of Irish Spring down his throat. Out from the crowd comes Reggie Witherspoon who immediately starts hitting the buzzer as Stan Joplin brings his ho train out to mid court which causes Charlie Coles to go into his Fred Sanford routine.

After the court is cleared, BG loses after a technical is called on Samarco because an OU player grabbed HIS jersey. Pandamonium insues as Michael Rehgi throws his toupee onto the court in protest, thus causing Artie Peppela, who is in attendance, to jump onto the scorer's table and begin shouting "All is well!"

In the end, the scene only makes it to number 4 on SportsCenters Top 10 plays of the night.

Can BG win? Sure. Will BG win? We'll see. I like the fact Coach D is 5-1 in Tourney openers. The first two games against OU don't mean squat now. I don't think BG matches up at all with OU and that is a BiG problem. But, it is the tourney so anything can happen. I will be following by gametracker.
