I am not going to comment on Chuck.. but anyone who has talent that wants to jeopardize their career like that is just stupid. These kids that pretend to be gangsters, that smoke pot and do other drugs while toting around firearms are idiots. Some of these guys may be nice, but they are about as smart as a fourth grader, when you pull stunts like that.

Yep.

FWIW, an AP writeup on the arrest said the gun was reported stolen last year, so it's quite possible that Chuck's not the one to have stolen it, but it doesn't make the story any less disappointing. :(

If that was the assumption, wouldn't he have been charged with receiving stolen property as opposed to grand theft? I'm no lawyer, but I think there's a pretty big distinction there.

Sometimes they charge for the worst figuring they can drop it down later. While this certainly does not look good, let's not jump to too many conclusions until the story has a chance to shake out.

In all honesty there were some accusations against Sharon when he was here. I know he was arraigned on some charges, but never had a court date as far as I know.

Serious question. Can anyone, anywhere , spell the word "lose"? Ooops. Guess I just answered that one. Its just not that hard. If you are really bored sometime find a random sports, cooking, gardening or poetry forum and scroll through, counting how many times the word "lose" is misspelled. No, I mean REALLY bored but still....

I still waiting for the gun thing to come to more details, but as for the pot, that's just stupid. First AT and now Charles....this is just frustrating for me.

INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. I wont jump to conclusions bout the whole gun thing until hes proven guilty. Dont get me wrong, this is very disappointing and I was really lookin forward to Chuck possibly makin some noise in the NFL this year. Oh well, I just hope there is more to this story then what they have said so far. Just another case of athletes doing stupid things....
