They had a huge public party in the Multi-Purpose room of the Union. Apparently ESPN had cameras there.

It is not my intention to do away with government. It is rather to make it work - work with us, not over us; stand by our side, not ride on our back. Government can and must provide opportunity, not smother it; foster productivity, not stifle it. ~Ronald Reagan

If ESPN had cameras there, they didn't broadcast it during the show. I imagine that the local stations were there though.Bleeding Orange wrote:They had a huge public party in the Multi-Purpose room of the Union. Apparently ESPN had cameras there.

I think they were told to turn the cameras off after we were announced.BGDrew wrote:If ESPN had cameras there, they didn't broadcast it during the show. They had cameras at Duke and Arizona State, both in our region. If they had cameras in Bowling Green -- they really couldn't something with three teams in one region, I guess. Perhaps the cancelled the idea once they saw the brackets.
The announcers did have praise for the Falcons. Sounds like they had done the research they would have needed to put Curt Miller on.
