If someone can pick me up and drop me off at the airport in Detriot, I can make this one.

I like this seed and the location. I think Vandy is beatable. I went to watch them play UK a couple of weeks ago. UK took them down to the last seconds in their losing effort. Nothing really stuck out in my mind, they played the big girls inside pretty tough, but weren't dominating. Not a real good idea on how they guard outside shooting, UK didn't do it a whole lot (their best shooter was out sick). If there is going to be a big upset, I think this game good be it.

In looking at OSU's roster, they only have 1 big player (6-5), and then 1 6-3 player, and then nobody else bigger than our players. This won't be like UCLA where they kept throwing 6-4, 6-5 athletic ladies at us.

The 6-5 chica didn't appear all that dominating from the stats.

i'll be there.. in the band!
for my sake being greedy, i was hoping for a further place, just to have a sweet free trip, but in other cases i was hoping for michigan state just so we can get fans.. I think fans help the team along.

It was interesting to see Baylor get a 5 and Wisconsin-Green Bay get a 10. We, in the middle of those two in at least one of the polls, are at 7.

It seems pretty fair though. For a seven, we are in a pretty good spot. Oklahoma State doesn't strike fear into my heart.

I don't know much about Vanderbilt. I know the SEC is super tough, and I think they won the tournament, but they aren't a perennial powerhouse, are they?

From a preliminary skimming of the OSU message boards, someone commented that "maybe (6-5 chick's name, Christian something?) can hang a hundred on 'em".

Yeah, good luck getting to 20, skyscraper. :-D

Question - where did someone hear that we are in East Lansing? The team hasn't been notified of the location yet.
