Matsumoto Gone......

Post by Lsquared »

Matsumoto left today...... heard from some guys on the team. Word will probably come out public in a couple of days. Best of luck Moto as you work on your way to the NHL.

This sucks. Goes from a team I love to a team I hate. I hope he does well though, just not against Buffalo.

Not entirely surprising but no less disappointing.

Good luck, Jonathan.

I wouldnt look for him to be on the Flyers anytime soon. With having a disaterous season this year I doubt he will see more than 20 games in the AHL next year.

matsumoto is still very talented none the less. look at what he had around him this year. teams focused only on stopping him and when you have all the focus on you every game, it's gonna be pretty tough to score. in the AHL, he will not have the focus on him, in fact probably won't even have the second most focus on him, so i do not doubt that jonathan can play a whole year in the AHL and make it in a few years to the NHL. maybe thats only my opinion, but i think he could make it in a few years.

Please come back in the summers to finish your degree!!!

"BG was relentless. It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Is there a release anywhere about this? If not, how was it confirmed? Just wondering.

Players leaving early without a diploma tend to not get press releases.

Trust me, he's no longer in BG and could very well be in Philly by now.

Wow. I never realized I had so much power.
Now the question is wether to use it for good or evil...

Either way, I'm sad to see Moto leave. He was a big asset for our team and was always very nice to us fans. Best of luck to him in the future.
