I am sorry, you do have EMU, CMU, WMU, Kent, Akron (even though they beat us), Buffalo, OU, and Ball State left. You're right...South Florida, Tulane, Army, Houston, East Carolina, Memphis, Cincinnati, and Alabama-Birmingham all have the sorts of football programs we only wish we could have.
Yes I did leave out you guys, (as you left us out of your CUSA scenario), and I left out Miami (as you left out Southern Mississippi), and I did leave out Toledo.
Keep in mind however, that Cincinnati, Army and South Florida are no longer in the CUSA. Know your facts before you try to degrade a conference, but then again this is coming from a MAC fan.
And if you do not want to have a football program like Memphis then you are ....well never mind I keep forgeting who I am speaking with.
And you comment about multiple bowl tie ins in the future for the MAC, dude there are only going to be a handful of teams even eligible for a bowl, remember the attendance issue, if you dont get it fixed then you go on probation, after that you lose a bowl, then after that you go 1-AA.
10 conference championships in your history. We have 5 in the last 7 years with this year still pending.
The MAC is no longer 3 yards and a clowd of dust, it is actually getting somewhat better, and why is that, suck it up and admit it, it is because of Marshall, plain and simple.
