Hey now! You can't just go proclaiming yourself as being right!
Of course I can!
Although I wasn't *totally* right in my reporting, they've got a 13ppg scorer and a 10ppg scorer, not two at 13, but that doesn't affect their distribution.
Their key player appears to be January, the girl that was knocked a little loopy at the end of the Louisville game.

Their strength looks to be balance and offensive execution, and their weaknesses look like outside shooting and turnovers.
I think they are a pressure defensive teams in reading a few recaps. Not sure if that means a pressing style like MTSU, or just a high-pressure halfcourt scheme. I guess we'll find out soon enough.
I like this match up. We force turnovers and shoot from the outside. I should be a very tight game throughout. We just cannot have a scoring drought again like against Vandy. That could be the end of us. But we will all know around 2pm on Saturday.

They apparently play man-to-man d for 40mins but sub 10 players in and out like a hockey lineup the whole game. Interesting, should make for a well rested team, but I wonder about offensive rhythm and timing. With our short lineup , we must be careful not to get into foul trouble as always. Breske should see some mins here and there to keep the posts fresher. This could be a battle of wills and conditioning I believe.
I have no idea about ASU...all I know is that we have some players that present some real match up problems.Liz, Allie and Kate in particular are difficult matches. Not only that, we screen so well and we have so many quality outside shooters....
I would think a team playing man to man against us would be hard pressed to contain our offense for 40 minutes.
It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

You'd think so, but if they use 10 players throughout the whole game , they could defend us well. It'll be an interesting game nonetheless.
GO BGSU FALCONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! CRUSH THE SUNDEVILS!!!!!!

true.....but all bias aside, can you name any team in the country who executes against a man-man defense better than BG? When BG has the most difficulty on offense, it is usually against a zone. Not always....but usually. I tend to believe that BG WANTS Arizona St. to play as much man D as possible.
In 18 hours and 40 minutes, ALL of the questions will begin to be answered!!!!

I don't think we need to worry about them playing ten players all the time, I bet these officials wont let them play more than 5 at once. but having ten people guarding our 5 players when we are on offense could give us some problems...
Is that famous ASU cheerleader going to be at the game? Don't act like you don't know who I'm talking about
