No.
You can pick up the puck with the blade of your stick, which is what he did.
I saw a goal scored that way in the IHL once. By the guy that taught Mike Legg how to do it.

I know it can be done, i was just saying that I in no way shape or form would be able to even come close to being able to do that.

after he did that, every hockey player in the world learned how to do that and tried it in a game. its really not that hard, but i remember where i was and what i was doing when i saw that highlight, haha
