A few new Sebo photos
I do believe the plan for that parking lot is toremove it completely. While sketches and drawings are never final, not a single one of them shows a parking lot, it shows more of a landscaped courtyard than anything else. Who knows, maybe they are planning an unveiling of a Doyt L. Perry statue...
Grant, I went back again today as per you calling me out on not entering the building. Today when I tried to walk onto the cnstruction site they immediately made me leave. A covert night operation is being formulated.

I love the large squares of sandstone they're using to "brick up" the exterior. Very slick. I wonder if that's a theme which could be extended to other portions of the Doyt.
Very nice. Thanks for sharing, Grant.

Sure does! That is cool. Thanks for posting, G! Coming along nicely...ZiggyZoomba wrote:I really like how the building looks when looking in through the south endzone. The roof line on the little "flippy" part at the east end of the building mimics the "line" of the Doyt... very slick! (and yes, "flippy" is an architectural term, you can ask Tech83!)

Grease-paint, black clothes and a black stocking cap... make sure you have the Mission Impossible theme on your MP3 player... and then go for it!The Niz wrote:I do believe the plan for that parking lot is toremove it completely. It appears there are two trees in BG. So we can tear down the one blocking the good picture being taken and that still leaves us with what appears to be a tree on the bottom left of the photo.ZiggyZoomba wrote:But.... that's THE tree!!!!!!!Schadenfreude wrote:That tree is in the way.ZiggyZoomba wrote:

Know I'm going to get flamed for this, but its just my humble opinion. The Sebo , especially in that pic looks rather tiny compared to the expanse of the Doyt. Is it just me? Don't get me wrong its a nice looking building but rather unimpressive size wise. I have also stood next to this thing as well.

You're never going to find a good man with this size fetish, falconboy.

i think that's more due to the perspective of the picture, rather than the size of the building. i think it looks to be a good size when you're closer to the stadium.falconboy wrote:transfer2BGSU wrote:It appears there are two trees in BG. p.s. RE: the covert night op to look around
there needs to be a lot of unnecessary rolling around and ducking behind stuff
Finally a senior!
