What's this 7:00 a.m.?? I thought we said 8:30! I will pop over to the tent and then run to the store for eggs and sausage and whatever else we need/want. I decided it was easier to buy them up there than to drag them from home.

Grant, you MUST bring that cheesecake. I think that was one of the most interesting desserts I have ever eaten. Simply incredible.

Everyone else, I look forward to seeing you! It will be a memorable day!
Sorry Laura! My dad talked me into believing 8:30 was too late! He thought 6:00. We compromised on 7:00.

You don't have to be there that early, we won't be cooking right away anyways. When you show up you show up. My dad wanted to brown up some hot bob evans sausage as well as your links, so that way he'd have some real spicy sausage.

He's also bringing hash browns. I'll bring the grill, etc. Of course I'll have beer, I'm feeling a heavy winter brew for the wee morning hours :)

Looking forward to seeing ya Saturday!

I will get there as soon as possible. I am coming up there tonight, but I am bringing a teenage son that is not so easy to get up in the morning.
See you tomorrow.

Hey Tim! Glad you got things going as far as posting goes.

Bring another bottle of propane if you can!

Thanks,
Grant Cummings

If we get up there early enough we may be by. MattF, JoeP, and JerryC (of course, I hope that there are not any cops around as JerryC likely still has warrants out for his arrest in BG.

I don't plan on bringing the deep fryer. I don't have the adaptor for the grill so it only uses the small green bottle propane tanks. I'll bring the one that I have and one extra, if you want to bring another might not be a bad idea. Better safe than sorry!

Do you think you could bring the deepfryer w/o the fry basket?? I could use it to heat up the chili if the fire can be turned down to a reasonable level... if not, no biggie, I'll stick with the crock-pot and hope there's electricity!

I can do that Grant. If we put the fryer in the lee of the tent we may be able to keep the fire low enough to keep Chili Hot and not burn it.
