ALSO, TO MY KNOWLEDGE, "88" WAS A "DE" AND A "TE".....RECRUITED IN BOTH POSITIONS......MAYBE THE FALCONS ARE GOING BACK TO THE JOSH HARRIS DAYS......USING THE "TE" CLOSE TO THE GOAL LINE.....REMEMBER OHIO STATE GAME?????.....THIS IS TIME FOR THE COACH'S TO HUNT FOR NEW IDEAS.....LETS SEE WHAT HAPPENS......REMEMBER, TRYING NEW THINGS IS BETTER THAN KEEPING OLD THINGS THAT DIE.....NOTHING AT THIS TIME IS SOLID.....WE NEED CHANGE AND WE HAVE IT......FOR NOW......

Change can only take you so far though. We need seniors who will be leaders, we need seniors who are confident on as well as off the field. If you don't have seniors willing to step up and help out the younger guys, then you might as well be doing the same thing over and over.

NOW YOUR GETTING THE PICTURE.......LEADERSHIP ON THE "D" IS HOPEFULLY WHAT IS GOING TO HAPPEN WITH "88" GOING ON THAT SIDE...ODRO IS THAT SENIOR THAT WILL BRING THE ATTITUDE THAT THE "D" NEEDS....NOTHING IS FOR SURE YET.....WE ALL KNOW THAT "88" CAN PLAY "TE"......IS HE A FAST LEARNER ON "D".....TIME WILL TELL....

alright dude...lay off the caffiene and make sure your caps lock isn't on next time you add to this. In your last post, you were making it sound like the only thing we need is change, nothing about leadership. I wasn't commenting specifically on 88 and whether or not he needs to become a leader, I was just mentioning the simple fact that all around, in all aspects of the team we need leaders to step up. Whether it happens to be a senior, junior, sophmore, or hell even an incoming freshman, it doesn't matter, we need people who feel comfortable enough to step up and lead this team and basically be the communication for the team to the coaches. Aside from not doing the same friggin' plays every down, the most important thing to have is leadership.

The caps are hard to read and make you sound like you're YELLING EVERYTHING YOU SAY!

There is an etiquette about posting on message boards, and while we aren't too strict on things around here, I think you'll find that you get a lot more respect by posting without the caps lock key on.

Maybe he is yelling? Or at the least getting speaking in very strong tones.

If the poster is who he has been roughly identified as then I won't object to him talking sternly.

Neither will I. It may be harder to read, but I think I'd trust the source on this one. Maureen says Sean has exceded expectations at DE. He's big, tough, hard nosed and can still play TE if needed.

Sure is a very interesting spring season so far...

Given our run defense last season, 88 should be a welcome addition. I still don't understand how he didn't get more time than Ruis. Oh well water under the bridge.

B.L. we'll see what happens though. All the best. Your buddies from the restaurant @ N. Illinois 88's freshman year.
Awoooooooooga!
