One goes over the middle more, one lines up outside and is the deep threat, one is probably designed to be more of a lead blocker on a lot of plays. And of course, there are different reads when lining up at new positions. So I think we have a big learning curve ahead of us at WR again. :?
Actually Corey didn't move anywhere, he is still at the H.
Well, my last depth chart from last season (11/18/06) showed Corey at the 'E'. :? It shows Freddie at the 'H'.
Actually that could be correct, last year with injuries and them moving people around Corey found himself playing all receiver positions at one time or another. But he has been the H for the last 3 years and is still there now. So it is possible that he showed up at a different position each time that chart came out last year.

With all the shuffling and questions surrounding the depth chart, I have to say that I smile a little inside everytime I see the "Jr." after Corey's name. :D

Moneymaker,
I don't mind that you have an opinion that Ty Pronty may be better than Marques Parks...but I think the "alligator arms and 'wuss'" comment is a bit over the top. Parks had been coming along fairly well until he broke his leg, I believe in the same game(W.Mich?) that we lost Omar. As a WR, it may take a bit longer to totally recover one's confidence and skills. I'd like to see Marques step up this year...it would obviously make us better at the WR position, an area where we were NOT very strong last year, other than Corey.

Marques lived a couple doors down from me my freshman year. He's a really nice guy and a tremendous athlete. As for that leg, Brandon even mentioned in a recent press conference that Marques was still hurt by that leg last year, and anybody who's every had any kind of leg injury can tell you that it will affect your entire body. Marques is gonna be back this year and will be a very strong addition to the receiving corps.

Have you ever thought that the players say some things that aren't supposed to show up on a message board?

Moneymaker,
If you want to think that I'm part of a "clique", that's fine too. I just don't believe in bad-rapping ANY players on a forum. Do I have opinions? Sure, but I don't think that putting them into print like you did is apropriate. Think and SAY all you want....I just don't agree with a bad-rap of any player without proof, even if "other" players have said it.
