Michelle and I are going to try and get to the picture day Saturday the 21st. The team picture is at 10:00 am and at 10:30 fans will be allowed to come onto the field and take pictures with their favorite Falcons. Anyone want to be that the longest line for that will be Cole Magner (LOL)? Then, Sunday night at 7:00 the team is having a scrimmage at the stadium that everyone is invited to. We are going to try and get to both events. We're going to wear our new jerseys that we just got from Athlete-Tech. I honestly wasn't sure about the new unis and helmet design, but after seeing pictures and getting a couple of the jerseys, I think they look great! We will try to post on these events at some point Sunday night or Monday. I am so stoked for Falcon Football this season! We aren't getting much press or respect, but this team will have a great defense and defense is what wins Championships. Offensively, with our line and skill players (backs and receivers), I think we will be fine there, even though we will have a "new" QB. I think people are underestimating our offense and our team as a whole. But then, let them ... we'll show them on the field! We will learn a lot about our team in the Oklahoma game, and then with an important MAC opener at Northern Illinois. I like our chances to have another stellar season and a return trip to a bowl game! Take care everyone!
