2 guys who committed to Orr at Seton Hall are still unsigned

This is a double post but I had not got much play on the other thread and felt it desreved its own...sorry for the double post....forgive me...

Check this out...very exciting if you ask me. Quincy Owens who appears to be looking at Seton Hall is a 6-8 forward from Cincinnati....Now look at the page....Scout has a date listed for him for the time he committed.....It owuld have been during this kids Junior year....which would have been while Orr was at Seton Hall.

I doubt he will. I think the rules say you can't talk about a player until the player signs a letter of intent.
