New Turf Graphics
New Turf Graphics
Can one of our resident experts mock-up how the new field might look with the end zone graphics and the mid-field logo options?

I think we'll see the BG thing in the center too, and that's fine with me. BUT, what would happen to this design IF we somehow were to leave the MAC? I know it's not likely to happen, but with all the talk of merging/restructuring conferences it's not impossible either.svillefalcon wrote:I think that is what we will see except the midfield logo will most likely be the interlocking BG with the peek-a-boo falcon.Schadenfreude wrote:I do like this:

It's possible that the logos will be removable. For example, at Fawcett Stadium, the center field logo and the end zones are attached with heavy duty Velcro. They can easily be changed out for McKinley, Timken, GlenOak, Walsh, Malone, or the NFL and HOF game.Class of 61 wrote:I think we'll see the BG thing in the center too, and that's fine with me. I hate to post this as there have been numerous discussions into improvements for Doyt Perry Stadium... however... this actually could be a big winner... At many of the new soccer stadiums across the country they are inserting stages at one end of the field... could BG due the same thing and take advantage of the lack of large outdoor concert facility in northwest ohio?
I know that Polaris is going under at the end of this up coming summer... and that Crew stadium gets some outdoor concerts now... so I thought it would work well with the failure of the Rossford Outdoor ampitheatre.
Thoughts?

wow, good to see someone liked one of my mockups haha
i for one am not a big fan of the interlocked logo...its just...too much. lets just through in every logo we have into one jumbled mess that looks like it was made by someone in the office who says "who needs to hire a graphic designer, no need to spend all that money...ill just do it myself"

I can't imagine the kind of redundant annoyance that occurred when Miami changed from the "Redskins" to the "Redhawks."

Re: ...
I dont understand how our new falcon head look anything like the miami hawk head. They look nothing alike. Get over it!aaronBG10 wrote:I really wish they would just stick with the old falcon for the 50 yard line. I don't like the new one, looks like Miami, and I would rather just have the old falcon then have the interlocking BG there as well

Another man's opinion ~
Our old logo + Miam's RedHawk + Space Ghost = our "new" logo
... which I detest.
