To the best of my knowledge, there has been a civil suit filed against Scott Paluch for racist behavior. Thoughts and/or comments regarding this matter?

The only racial slur that went public was when the seniors of '06 wrote "I hate n*ggers" with marker on the back of a past out naked freshman.

This was truly a low point when the picture was published in the Sentinel, but obviosly that might have been one of the worst classes '06 for brains and behavior, besides Siggy, that we have had in recent memory.

Why do I get the feeling that if this action fails to "bring down" the current coach, that same coach should invest in Kevlar and hire a body guard. Such blind hatred is never good.

I'm really uncomfortable with how this is all playing out. I really fear for Scott Paluch's physical safety at this point.
