The Sun Belt Conference commissioner has a similar set up. He answers in great detail.

This will grow quite addictive for us if it is anything like what the Sun Belt is doing.

I don't know if it was Christopher's idea or not, but he's going to hate that in about six months. Between our football and hockey programs, he's going to get more "Fire the Coach" e-mails than he can shake a keyboard at.
