Roll call for EMU/NIU game!!

Post by Metz »

Before the weekend a lot of people said they wanted to go to this game on different threads so I was just wondering who all really is going? I'm going to say screw watching the Michigan/OSU game and take a trip to Eastern because we need Eastern to win!

Last year when I attended the BG-EMU game, we tailgated in a lot across the street from their basketball arena so I'll probably be doing the same for this game unless someone mentions a better spot!

What time? My team is performing at the hockey game at 4:30-ish, so I doubt it will work unless it's a night game.

I wanna go, cuz a few friends and I wanna go, but no car, , since the one guy WITH a car is going down to the OSU game with my neighbor who has tickets. But if we can find a car, I can probably get 2 or 3 people to go with me

There's absolutley no way NIU loses to EMU. No way do I "see" it.
Plus NIU's is mad after losing to UT. For the record is the game at NIU or EMU?

The game is at Eastern hence why I said I was going to make the trip up to Eastern in my first post :P Kickoff is scheduled for 1pm so it'll be some early tailgating for me.

I'll be a mid-week decision. Hopefully Eastern can get their act together after yesterday's debacle.

I'll be there, but depending on the score I will probably leave at halftime so I can make it to our hockey game. If its a nailbiter, though, screw hockey and go EMU!!!! (nothing against hockey, but we have a lot riding on this one!)

What??? Screw Hockey??? Say it isn't so!!!  Bleeding Orange, you're killing me!! .....However, having an early game on Saturday (What is up with that???) will make it more difficult to get to if you are at an exciting Eastern game....

Go EMU!!!!
GO HOCKEY!!!
GO FALCONS!!!

It's like they know that a good first pass on the breakout from a defenseman will almost always result in an odd-man rush against them - but they go in anyway and dare you to make that pass. All three of their goals were just grit and effort. That's a team any fan can be proud to support...they give all they've got."

Now Falcon Fanatic, you know what I meant! I love hockey, almost more than life itself (hell, I wore my road sweater to the FOOTBALL game yesterday!).

Still, we are WAY too close to a shot at the MACC game, and if this one is close I'll have to stay there because the wondering would kill me.

But while we're at it, why the heck is the start time 5:05?!?! This had better be for TV or I will be very dissapointed! :?

TV??? For a game against Wayne State? What are you smoking? I have no idea why the game starts so early. It's conflicting with something else for us, but we are working on getting that taken care of. I do NOT want to miss a home game!!! And I do understand what you are saying about the EMU game. Hopefully EMU will be up by 4 TD (HEY, you can wish, can't you???? ) and you can come home in time to watch the Falcon Icers sweep Bronco Billy and the Boys!!!

GO EMU!!!
