Are you ready to Sweat?

Talk about the Buckeyes the Wolverines the Hilltoppers the Ducks the Beavers the Chanticleers... or anyone else who isn't BG or an opponent in this forum.

Are those anything like Oompa Loompas?

The o-line that they had recruited so far this year averages 6'5'', 320lbs and these kids havent even gotten into the OSU strength and conditioning program. They are now going to be about 3 deep on the depth chart in linebackers that could start anywhere else in the country, a WR from Michigan who bailed on the wolverinies who is drawing complarisons to Randy Moss's college days (on the field not off the field).

Give Beanie Wells and Brandon Sain an O-line like that in college to run with? Heisman!

We won't even need a great QB but my best bet is that Antonio Henton will be better than Troy Smith.
More than anything I love that he doesn't get the joke.
I got it...however, I choose to ignore ignorance and jokes made from pure jealousy.

Constant jealousness coming from you guys. Cry some more over the success of OSU and their continuous domination of the recruiting game. OSU recruits good players and makes them awesome players (Hawk, Lauranitus, Troy, Gonzo etc). They take awesome players and turn them into 1st rond draft picks and Heisman trophy winners and national title caliber team players.

I can see why you are jealous. You have mediocre QB's who leave a year early, a Coach who has survived off of a previous coach's success, a stadium collapsing before your eyes, a very pitiful tailgaiting experience, a horrible defense, an even more horrible offense and ugly uniforms.

Not too mention your stadium is surrounded absolutely nothing but a Speedway, a ugly golf course, I-75 and an Ohio EPA building on the other side of 75.

it is all crap up your way.

Yea right...Teddy showed who had the speed on the opening kick...he blew past everyone and was still was creating more distance from himself and the closest Florida defender.

him going out took the offense away. OSU could no longer throw the WR screens to Teddy. They could have put Small in who is probably faster than Teddy but he hasnt played much all year. They used Small as a decoy when he did play. Speed at that level, meaning the best of the best in the country does not make a difference. OSU was just simply not prepared. You are a fool if you buy into that SEC speed crap that Herby tries to stuff down everyones throat.

pathetic.

What I love is that Tek runs around with his high and mighty "I only post bad things about BG when they post bad things about tOA&MU" excuse, but often, if not regularly disregards that.

Nobody said a damn thing negative about OSU. They made joking references to a spelling mistake and then another OSU fan got his panties in a ruffle. Get over it.

I've never had anyone ask me if I'm ready to sweat. That's the strangest thread title ever.

I'm guessing the reason he asked was because its summer, which means hot weather, which means sweating.

Tell me about it! My AC is broken again, so I definitely know about that one. Fortunately, in the midwest, it never stays one temperature for too long.

I took the liberty of correcting your post BGBoy. You can't walk away from it -you're a Falcon. Oh, and OSU doesn't want you. I asked them.

God help me, I missed my little chats with Tinybikini. Does that make me a bad person?

Isn't there a guy named Keith Sweat who sings? And there was a singer called A Guy Named Keith who did the song "98.6" a temprature at which I tend to sweat.

And of course it was really just 1 year ago people were going crazy over the 2, (spring 2006), but I'm sure you knew that being a BG fan and all. Don't let the facts get in your way of defending OSU and Teke though.
My bad so they are two different people. I didn't pay too much attention to the two because frankly I don't get excited over kickers and punters and the fact they committed here made me skeptical of how good they really were. Turns out my assumptions were right, they weren't very good and now they're both gone and will never be heard from again. Also, the fact that I find following BG recruiting to be difficult because of lack of good information contributes to my apathy toward the subject of BG football recruiting.
My whole point being anybody who makes fun of tek because he's happy OSU landed this kid are hypocrites because people here were jubilant over landing a couple special teams players that weren't even any good, unlike the kid OSU just landed who is one of the best players in Pennsylvania and one of the best linebacker prospects in the country. Some of you think I'm an OSU fan, but the difference between me and the typical BG fan is I don't have a blind hatred for all things OSU. It requires too much energy to hate something, especially a school that really isn't even a rival of ours in either football or basketball. It's so funny to me how people who supposedly hate OSU can't stop posting about them. Posts like tek's are specifically why the other schools forum was invented. It sure would be nice if people could actually contribute to the discussion intelligently, but we all know with most of the BG fans that will never happen.

Yes, keith Sweat is the man. Also, when your last name is "Sweat" they always pronounce it "Sweet" at restaurants. When your last name is Sweat, this is very annoying.
