you guys are insane...grammar is not that important on these very unimportant message boards...i dont care about grammar on here for a couple of reasons..

1..i do not take any of you seriously because you are closed minded, hypocritical dueche bags

2...I know that, just because I have a different opinion that yoou do on OSU, that you are not going to take anything I say seriously anyways. Even when I do contribute to a thread instead of hijack it you do not care what I say for debating purposes...you turn everything personal and you always have. Whether you agree or not, it is the truth. You are the most hypocritical people I have ever talked to.

3. I just type my responses to get them out there. half of the time I am not even looking at the keyboard as I am typing which means my attention isnt on the screen either. at this moment I am typing while watching 20/20 on the TV. there is some dumb bitch with a red shirt on who does not know what the hell she is taliing about. my attention is hardly ever on the screen or keyboard when I type on this site. I know my way around the keyboard enough to hit the right keys 98% of the time.. When it comes to spelling words like effect and affect i am not focused enough when typing to give two shits what comes out..

when you people decide not to jump to conclusions on what people type just because you know their background, (IE me being a OSU fan) then I will give a thought about giving a damn about proper grammar.

until you decide to debate me rather than try to get personal with all pro OSU posters I will carelessly type all that I want to.

now that I am looking at the screen, I didnt do too bad for not looking at the screen through all of that.. I see a few typos but not bad at all.

I'm a math graduate student, which automatically means my spelling and grammar are not top priorities of mine. However, I always do my best because I realize that at some point I will need to use my literary skills for my professional life. To be honest, as I read posts, I correct the mistakes in my head so that it's easier to read. However, what is very funny is the fact that the people making fun of the initial grammar mistake didn't do much better in their own posts. I think everybody needs to take a step back and look into the mirror. Also, to those of you that choose to not worry about spelling and grammar at all, you piss me off. It's impossible to read your posts half the time, and I generally have to either take 20 minutes to read a 5 minute post, or I skip over it and read the replies hoping somebody was able to make heads or tails over the post.

Somewhere in that is the idea that this facility exists to present ideas. No matter how simple or challenging they may seem. This is what it has provided us. Growth if we want it.

I cam here originally to debate since you so anti OSU because on buckeye planet, everyone is in agreement with everything and it gets boring..but when I tried to debate, you people got personal, so now so do I..I come here for the differing opinions wether you like it or not.

and I have not once corrected anyone's stupid grammar even though I have noticed many errors in your posts through the time I have been here.

Personally, I come here to talk about BG sports...not worry bout my grammar. Im not gettin graded, so who really cares? I think I just wasted 5 minutes reading about people bitchin because someone had poor grammar or spelling. So be it that he is from OSU and is a huge annoyance to the board, does it really make you feel that much more superior to him callin him out on a message board about his grammar and spelling? Wow, I think I just wasted even more time writin this, but I came on here to read about what peoples thoughts were on the Marques Parks case and instead I read through multiple posts of people bitchin and belittling eachother...get over it...

That's a good point, and I wish I had thought of it before I posted about grammar myself.

Back to the topic at hand...

I was talking to my girlfriend about the Parks situation and I told her how stupid it was, and she so intelligently asked me, "What would you do if you saw me with some guy outside of a bar and it looked like he was going to make a move on me?" I replied, "I'd get between you two and tell him he needed to get lost because you already had a boyfriend...just not in those exact words."

She asked, "What if he didn't listen?" and I replied, sheepishly, "I would have probably done the same thing and beat the crap out of the guy."

The thing is, he would not know me by name like he would know a student athlete by name, so I could probably get away with it.

Ask her what she would think if she was welcoming the hug by the other guy and you chose to intervene.

If the woman is resisting and the hugger isn't stopping, then the party of the second part, to wit Parks, may be justified in some manner to seek immediate relief for the hugee. However, should the hugee accept said hug without complaint then Park has no legitimate cause of action.

And yes, I made up the legalese but the point is I haven't heard anybody say this young lady was seeking help from Park or other bystanders. I guess we'll find out when it hits the court.

nope, not true..

when I first started on here...I didnt pick fights...it turned out that way when you people realized that I defended OSU on the OSU threads. I started off talking about BG and added to the conversations, even the OSU ones. It was not until you folks tried to get personal that I started picking fights.

if you ever get bored, go back...way way back in time and look up the posts. I joined probably three years ago..maybe April of 2004? look it up, study it.
