Nolan Reimold

Does anyone know what injury Nolan Reimold has? He has been on the DL for the Bowie Baysox since mid May. He was off to a great start in AA this year.

I believe it is either a strained oblique or some type of back injury. Hopefully he will get healthy and have a chance to be a September call up.

Saw him play earlier last month when he was on / off the DL. Strained oblique. Guess those take awhile to fully heal. Hopefully, he can get back sooner rather than later. With the O's in last place, they sure could use something, from anywhere!!!! :(

Dang! Bowie is at Akron this weekend for 4 games and it would be cool to see Nolan play. Is he still on the DL at this time? The Baysox site says he's on the 7 day DL.

Bowie will be back for 4 games in Akron Aug 27-30. The Aeros are currently 2.5 games ahead of Bowie in the division.

The Freaklings are in the Aeros Kids Club and we get tix to 5 home games, 10 rows behind the plate at Canal Park. Matter of fact we're heading downtown tonight for the game vs. Trenton.

Nothing much about his injury, but his name pops up in an "interesting" feature column...

Thanks for the link. If he stays healthy, he is the real deal.

I saw that Nolan is back playing. It appears he is on rehab assignment in the Gulf Coast League. He has played two games and is 2 for 6. Hopefully all is well and he will be back at Bowie very soon.

How did I miss that Nolan plays in Bowie?! I know exactly where that is. Duh. That's a good excuse to catch a game now!

My sister lives outside Baltimore, we went to a Bowie Baysox a few years back. I remember it was a foul ball fest.

Rumor has it that Nolan is almost ready to return to Double A after a rehab stint in Florida. Hopefully he can remain healthy and have a good August. Also, Andy Tracy, Burke Badenhop, and Alan Brech are all having solid summers.

It looks like he is back from his rehab stint as of 7/31. He has gone 3 for 9 in his three games back.

Nolan went 4 for 5 with 2 HR and 6 RBI's last night. He is hitting 333 for the year.

He is warming up. Keep it up and have a strong last month!

Baltimore should be smart and send him to the Arizona Fall League, again. He obviously needs the plate appearances.
