Season Tickets?
Hey all. I was wondering if it was worth buying season tickets for BG this year. I'm a college student at Purdue and there is no way I can make it to all the games. I was planning my usual trip of just 1 game(Ohio) for my best friend and I, but then I saw season tickets are only $49. Seeing that made me consider buying season tickets, seeing how I just paid $175 for a ticket to see Notre Dame play Duke this coming Nov. I also plan on going to a few Purdue games as well obviously, so its very likely I won't be going to more than 1 game no matter what I decide on paying for. So I guess my question is should I buy season tickets for my best friend and I or just get single game tickets for the Ohio game? Under normal circumstances I would just buy the 1 game tickets, but I really want to help the attendance numbers and inspire others to make a difference. The money doesn't seem like that much more, but I don't want to waste it if its not going to help the University. Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

Buy the season tickets.
Any tickets you are not going to use, give back to the Athletic Department and they can distribute them to a local charity.
Attendance is an important issue and purchasing season tickets is a great way to help us make a difference and have a showing. As a college student, I applaud your thinking and asking this question and wanting to be an example.

Last year I had season tickets for the first time. My wife purchased them as a wedding present (gotta love that). This year I am giving up the season ticket but I am purchasing the flex package. It consists of 10 rickets that can be used at any game. I do not think I will make it to every home game. Especially since the MAC office sees fit to put our biggest game of the year at noon on the busiest shopping day of the year (IDIOTS) I will probably be spending time with family. But I will use the 10 tickets at the other 4 home games. My in-laws live in Piqua and BGSU games are used as a chance to spend some time together. Regurdless of what plan I purchase I do not think I will go another without some kind of a season package for BG Football.

Well thanks for all of your incite, I think I'm going to get the season tickets. The only problem is I can't get the order form to download from the athletic website. Anyone else have this problem?

Instead of fooling around with that I called the ticket office and they were very helpful and gave me several seat locations to choose from.BGSUFootballFan wrote:Well thanks for all of your incite, I think I'm going to get the season tickets.
