Anyone else heading up....where might you be staying? It would be cool to find a place where BG fans can take over the place.
GO FALCONS!!!

To which the players will respond, "so what". Seriously, this is really reaching here to find anything that could be interpreted as being disrespected. I'd say nobody would give a crap if our first game was against Utah State and they only had a countdown clock for Utah(or whoever their rival is), but because it's Michigan State and they're a Big Ten team, the inferiority complex surfaces once again and people somehow think we're being disrepected all because of something as insignificant as a countdown clock.BGSUVA wrote:1) speaking of michigan state...It appears that Michigan State has a countdown clock...for their game with michigan, nothing for the first game of the season...I know Michigan is their rival, but I still kinda think this is a slap in the face to us...should I pass this on to a few players?

Do we need a countdown clock for the Toledo game?bgsukid wrote:To which the players will respond, "so what". The coaching staff better have one in the locker room somewhere. One thing I'd like to see improve with the staff is much more emphasis put on beating the school up north. That must be a VERY HIGH priority!Falcon Fanatic wrote:Do we need a countdown clock for the Toledo game?bgsukid wrote:To which the players will respond, "so what". Corky Seigle made (makes?) a living doing something like that-used a string quartet to back his harp I think. Anyway there is no possible way on Earth to look more feminine than to play the big harp, IMO. Not sure why that is, but it is.Flipper wrote:Freak...I'm like...25 minutes from Ypsi...my house is "crashable"...
H20...it is a full size harp. I tried getting her to try some Muddy Waters on it any way, but my singing "Mean Mannish Boy" over her playing just ..didn't.. sound..right.
I think it was my fault.
Well, the boyo's in the valleys wouldn't argue with you there, H20ville. In the land of the harp, look see, if the boyo's aren't toilin' in their coal mines, or ruckin' on the rugby pitch, or talkin' it up 'down the local with their darts an' their pints of bitter, then they're singin' their hearts out in massed choirs to the tune of Men of Harlech, so they are.h2oville rocket wrote:there is no possible way on Earth to look more feminine than to play the big harp, IMO.
