On balance, I think he's doing well here
I was a sharp critic during that time as well. He has redeemed himself and then some. There was quite a bit not within Christopher's control during the scheduling snafoo.

At this point, I give the guy an A-. The minus is for his Miami degree. He can't be perfect.

can we do that with Greg Christopher?
Are you serious? At the rate GC is getting things done, I hope he stays at BGSU for a long time. Why do you want him gone?? What, exactly, has he done to warrant a comment like this?

GC is a sharp knife and understands the landscape of college athletics these days. I guess ya can't please everyone.

Drew,

Can you get some shots from the top of the Doyt in the corners? Thanks! Look forward to seeing them.

How are the sections held together? They seem to roll out 5 yards at at time, then connect them. Are they sewn, zipped, maybe velcro? Just wondering.

I believe the individual sections are anchored into the gravel, and then the strips are sewed together using an industrial sized sewing machine.

Whoa! That's ORANGE. It should be more burnt, but this orange will go well with black. *ducking*

It'll be pink soon enough.

The black rubber pellets spread in the turf should tone it down a little (I hope that is the black you speak of). Unfortunately it will be a lighter orange color very soon. Maybe they should keep those field tarps and cover the end zones and logos to prevent the fade. :D

Crews are out this morning, and we're almost ready for more endzone! Put on your sunglasses! :-D

I got about 50 photos of the Doyt and the Sebo yesterday, but my BRAND NEW digital camera decided to take a dump and I lost them all. Aargh... back to K-Mart in the morning!

They were good, too...

They should still be on the memory card... you just need to pop the card out and download them via a card reader instead of through the camera.

Back to the field... looks like they're already busy working on a Sunday morning!

Yeah... when the camera crapped out, it was in the middle of unloading them... so the card is now unreadable.

Oh well...
