Isn't the Hefflin on the Destroyers an ex-Rocket? Also, B.J. Barre (Pronounced Barry BTW stupid ESPN) was a former Whitmer Panther who opted for the big lights of Columbus but hardly played at all in college.

Anyone else watching the game see cole recover 3 straight onside kicks..??

Also i chuckled when they referred to Josh as "the rookie out of Bowling Green" when he first came in

ooh how badly I wanted to see josh flip the ball to cole and have him throw it back to josh for old times sake....
maybe even throw in a pylon dive ala the MIZZOU game at the doyt

Brandon Hefflin, CB for UT. We refered to him as "BD" or "Burned Deep" Hefflin. Actually, I think he might have got some lower echelon All-MAC honors his senior year.

I thought Cole was going to make Atlanta two years ago. He was one of the final cuts. I hope as well he gets another chance.

Oh i guarantee all these arena league bleachers are littered with NFL scouts... they take notice of strong play even in these leagues and I'm sure a good chunk of players for each squad will be invited to camps next week.

now that I think about it though the fact that the arena bowl is played after the start of most camps, that may actually hurt Cole's chances of making an NFL squad this year.

we'll see what happens
