The new Keefe Courts are looking good!

My batteries were drained when I left the Doyt last night or else I'd have gotten some photos of the tennis courts. They've started to install the fencing and the posts for the nets. It's going to be a really nice tennis venue!

When I drove by I saw they had done a lot of work since I had taken pictures (I'll go ahead and take credit for that one  ). Hopefully they do some good landscaping there and when they finally build the locker room, it's going to look great.

Thanks God. My daughter's senior year they played the NLL Finals on the old courts-looked like islands with hundreds of tiny volcanoes pushing up. Loose gravel and potholes throughout. Not sure why they even played there except the sheer number of courts, but they were awful.

Those old courts were definitely crappy.

I'm curious if they're going to let us normal folks onto the new courts when they're done.

Right now there is not one single tennis court in BG that isn't full of cracks & weeds growing up through them.
