Big South is released...ACC will be released within 2 weeks (probably), any idea on when BG's will be revealed?

Not too bad. No top-flight competition, but I'll take it. 5 of 9 OOC games at home, too!

Though has Indiana State played at BG recently? This would make two straight trips to Terre Hood for the Falcons in the last 4 or 5 years. Hopefully I can make it out to that one! :) And my new-found Wednesdays off should make the game in Muncie doable, too.

Yeah, that is pretty cool that they will be playing in Cincy. I should definitely be able to make it up for at least one game.

Nice to see us going back to Oakland again. That's a very doable road trip, and a nice arena to watch a game in. Hopefully I'll be able to make that one again.

Some close proximity road games this year. That tournament in Cincinnati is interesting. Coach Orr goes home for his first game at BG.

Just the fact that there is a schedule released is getting me excited. Anyone have any idea what other teams will be participating in the Cincinnati Tourny??

I believe we'll be playing Western Carolina on Friday, Belmont on Saturday and Cinci on Sunday. Times and the full schedule to be released soon, or so I've been told. :-)

didn't we play Western Carolina in Virginia Tech's tourney back in 05

Just wanted to also say that the women's schedule is up on the site as well, I'll start a thread in the Women's Hoops forum

From the UC forum -

================

I think the following is accurate on this year's tourney :

Nov9 UC vs Belmont
Western Carolina vs Bowling Green

Nov10 UC vs Western Carolina
Belmont vs Bowling Green

Nov11 UC vs Bowling Green
Belmont vs Western Carolina

We will get a chance to see Aldridge of Western Carolina who verballed to UC before our coaching change.

Belmont was a NCAA Tournament team last year. They return 4 of 5 starters
and had a tour of Europe this summer so it might not be a cakewalk for us.
