no but you can bet I wont be watching any AF football esp if vic is allowed to play or any other team members who took ANY part.

So how many games more than two at best do you think this motley crew can...or lets be positive will win?

I believe this team can win at the least 3 and at the most 9 games. I think that all the MAC games except Temple and Eastern Michigan are toss-ups.

I love how the stupid actions of TWO players out of what over 80 makes the entire time a bunch of crackheads and thugs. I guess MACMAN logic means the entire Atlanta Falcons team is dog fighters.
So far as I know...we don't have any players using crack....I think macman's use of the term"crackhead" is an example of what psychologists call "projection".

Macman...ask your shrink about that during your next session. Maybe you should look into changing meds as well

This is just getting depressing to watch over and over again. When does the Minni game get here? :(

MACMAN - is this a racial thing? Seriously. You have a confederate flag on your pickup, don't you?

I am not the only one thinking it.

the 2-10 is abotu right for the crackheads and thugs however...as this team..no matter how many times Urbie comes back to speak is still headed down..down..down. Bad special teams, bad QB, bad play calling the list of bad is just well...bad.
MACMAN,

Please stay off the football forum as you have nothing positive to add. I don't mind different opinions...it's needed. But you have nothing positive to say about anything with the football program. Meanwhile, you think Hockey can do no wrong (I am not trying to incite anything with the hockey fans...we all love BG hockey) and is in great shape. From what I've seen the last few years, we are dead last and at the bottom of college hockey....a place I never dreamed BG would be.

You regurgitate the same old garbage on every post. It's old, tired and unwarranted. If you think you have what it takes to play QB at BG, try out for the team. I'm sure you have 4 years of eligibility left. If you think you can coach better than Coach Brandon and his staff, submit your resume promptly. If you think you can call the plays better than Coach McCall, make your case to Coach Brandon. Coach McCall hasn't even called one play this season and you're writing him off.

Otherwise, shut your piehole about the football team. No real fan would act the way you do and to me, you aren't a real fan. It's easy to pile on after a difficult 2006 season but this is a whole new year.

STUFF IT
I am a real(istic) fan and be damed if the glare off your orange glasses isnt blinding in the sun....but that is not what being a fan is all about, and while I would love to play those days are long gone by, but I would have enjoyed playing for this team...what with all the free pot and no consequences or just walking up town to put the beat down on some one with no consequence hell I bet we could have pot, fights and hookers at a keg party on the bus to Toledo, flip it over kill 4 fans and have no consequences...but those days are past me now as I said and this team is so rocken that the only improvement they need is a new field.

I would like to agree with all of this and say you are a crazy right wing nut.

OK MacMan slowly put down your meds , and try to do your part in ending Global Whining. Its really gettin' old man. You do realize Falcon Hockey has been in the depths of dispair going on how long now? And wasn't Hockey players involved in some hazing incendent as it where some time ago? So no angels there buddy. So, while I may not think the best of AT as our qb on the field , I think its time to lay off that pot issue ,unless you know about some more illegal pot issues by our "beloved" Qb. Unless Parks is making a habit of beating people up around BG, I'd go :-# on that too.

MACMAN, realistic? Are you kidding me? The word "realistic" doesn't exist in your vocabulary. See HOCKEY FORUM for examples.

Do I look thru orange colored glasses? All the time. I try to look for the positives to build up instead of the negatives to tear down. I am cautiously optimistic for the 2007 season. We have a chance to be a very good team IF we have major improvement on ST's, a couple WR's step up and consistent QB play.

BG will win no less than 6 games in 2007...I like 7-5...or 8-4 with a few breaks our way. This team can contend in the MAC in 07...

GO FALCONS!!!! Less than 601 hours to go....WORD.

That's just ridiculous. 2-10? It's kind of hard keeping up with the latest on BG football, being in San Francisco, but I think we are severely underrated this year. I truly think anything less than 7 wins will be a disappointment. And, if the breaks go our way, I don't think 9-3 is out of the realm of possibilities. Maybe I'm being way too much of an optimist, but I see BG taking the East.
On another note, I love this site. I thought I was a BG diehard, but I've learned so much from what you guys dig up on our teams. Great stuff! This is my 1st post, but I'm sure you'll be hearing from me down the road (not that anyone cares).

Welcome aboard, Mr. Bonds! :-D

I hear ya on the "diehard" comment... talking up BG around the office seems so silly when you've got people like Freak walking the planet.

Welcome to the site....stop by the Barry Bonds thread in the free for all, it could use a "local" presence. :-)
