I am puzzled for two reasons:
1. I believe it was announced in the spring notes that we would be wearing BROWN at home this year and WHITE on the road. See the bottom of page 10 of this file. http://grfx.cstv.com/photos/schools/bgu ... pectus.pdf
2. I thought our official supplier was Adidas, but there is a big "R" on the jersey.
I suspect this is a novelty item for the casual fan. Others may have noticed that a lot of BG merchandise carries the number 10 lately - I assume in preparation for the upcoming 100 anniversary of the University in 2010.

Is he alright, or did the business just fizzle out? I hope all is well with him.h2oville rocket wrote:Sadly, Ranger is through as a purveyor of fine Rocket and Falcon merchandise. He is well. His spirit may be a bit dented, but the on-line store turned into a sour enterprise - unfortunate for all.Bleeding Orange wrote:Is he alright, or did the business just fizzle out? Re: Jerseys for sale?
I'm going to inject a little optimism here and say that that jersey is just a poor replica jersey for causal fans but the real things will look much different.ZiggyZoomba wrote:I'm pretty sure those numbers/letters are black too.ZiggyZoomba wrote:Just got this in my email... hmmmmmmmmmm....

I don't know a whole lot about BGSU football before Urban Meyer came along, so anybody that does know well would answer this well. Is this a replica of an older style jersey? Did somebody famous during that time wear #10? Not knowing BG history well I could take a stab at saying since 10 is a common QB number that maybe McClure wore 10 and that was the jersey style then. I really don't know.
