Those Jerseys are FREAKIN' AWESOME!!! Great pictures, too, Freak! It is great to see AT and some of the seniors hanging out with the Freaklings. Lord knows that these guys aren't obligated to take time out of their days to hang out with the fans. Heck, I'm still totally impressed with Loren Hargrove from the Cleveland kick-off event.
I can't wait to see the new look Falcons on Saturday!
BEAT THE GOPHERS!!!

I do like the design with the two color sleeve. But I do have one item of constructive criticism. The "Falcons" on the front. I seems like this has adapted from basketball jerseys to put a logo here, and I do mean logo or initials. I don't think many teams spell out a nickname. If I were designing it, I think I would have made the "Falcons" a lot bigger across the front and still had the logo where the collar comes together.
Any idea what the brown jerseys have on the shoulder? Just the white stripe still or is there a orange and white?

The brown jerseys have not changed, they are the same ones we wore last year.Warthog wrote:I do like the design with the two color sleeve. But I do have one item of constructive criticism. I like the new top and I agree it is a design / template I haven't seen before from adidas. Our last set was used by Arkansas and even Western Michigan in our own conference. The way y'all described 'em I thought we would have the same shoulder design as the old Temple or new Ohio U. uniforms.
I like them. My only gripe is I would have put BOWLING GREEN on there instead of FALCONS. Same size and our new font, but just different wording. . .
SO.... we are pretty sure they will be available at SBX? I hope they get them in by Sept. 21!!

all bowling green
Interesting because they do have "Bowling Green" in a large font across the front. So why go with the little "Falcons" on the whites? Do the brown jerseys have numbers with the new font?Spart43 wrote:The brown jerseys have not changed, they are the same ones we wore last year.Warthog wrote:I do like the design with the two color sleeve. Agree. I thought the protocol is to put your nickname on the home jersey and the school/city name on the roadie.Dayons_Den wrote:I like them. My only gripe is I would have put BOWLING GREEN on there instead of FALCONS. Same size and our new font, but just different wording. . .

I think these jerseys would work well with white pants with orange and brown stripes to match the sleeve.
I'm still not a fan of the brown stripe (or any, for that matter) down the underarm of the jersey.
It looks even more stupid is it doesn't mathc the stripe of the pants.

Drew,
Thanks so much for helping a brother out! Guys like you and Grant have this stuff down pat.
I definitely need one of these jerseys as well. My Christmas list is growing bigger every day. LOL!
BO,
Loren Hargrove is a tough, classy dude. I love his attitude about life, expecially with all he's had to deal with. He's a true winner and being named a CAPTAIN says a whole lot about him. And all the players that take time out to spend with the kids...I don't think they ever truly realize what kind of impact and impression it has. One of the many things I love about the BG Football program is the coaches and players make time to reach out to the fans. After a tough loss, I know they don't want to hang around but they do. It's easy after a BiG win. I just want to thank all of them for their time.
God bless each and every one of them and here's to a GREAT SEASON....ending with Kory Lichtensteiger and Loren Hargrove holding the MAC Trophy high on Dec 1, 2007.
GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO FALCONS!!!!!!!!!!!!
