Let me know if you want any tips/places to head to before/after the game in the area.

Any ideas would be appreciated, especially watering holes downtown near the Hyatt or Hilton and also the dome. We'll be there by noon tomorrow! :-D

THere is a British pub in The Cities that I went to once that had a bowling green outdoors on the second floor. Place was really cool- great beer selection and a nice pub menu!

Hyatt Hilton area doesnt give you a ton of sports places, but its gonna be gorgeous out tomorrow. If you are at the HIlton tomorrow check out Britts Pub on Nicollet Mall and 11th. A legit and HUGE British Pub, with good food and they have the most immaculate lawn bowling green (that is like 50 by 40 yards on the roof) around. Have a pint and lawn bowl.

Gameday during the day I would head to 7 Corners or to Dinkytown (both are Gopher campus spots). Stub and Herbs, Grandmas, Sallys, and the Big Ten are all classic college divey type spots that should be fun and skanky free during the day and good for watching the early slate of games.

Tailgating PRE GAME will be on Washington ave (east of the Dome 2 blocks) but check out Huberts right across from the dome on 6th st. Closest bar to the stadium and it will be PACKED 3 hours before. I reccomend the Brats and a Labatt Big Blue and give some Gophers fans a hard time. They also h ave a bunch of stuff pre game on the mall outside the dome and I bet there will be a BGSU alum chapter of some sort there as well.

Anything else? Any other activities you wanna check out/types of places you wanna see?

Its gorgeous at night.

Its right next door to the world HQ of Target Corporation and those buildings are enormous, and you find yourself barefoot (its suggested you take your shoes off) in this putting-green grass in the middle of a big DT area...
