Anyone working today??

Post by Falconfreak90 »

I'm sitting here on AZZ.com, listening to "Iron Lion Zion" by Bob Marley and eating from the dept potluck. I do have a sale today so I can say I did something today. LOL.

BTW, stopped by Class of 61's place yesterday and his FALCON ROOM ROCKS!!! 2 walls painted orange and 2 painted brown. Looks awesome! I am now officially jealous as the Freak Nest has white walls.

GO BG!

It's not the fall that hurts...it's when you hit the ground.

Why should today be any different from any other day? :D

1. Falcon football
2. Noah's youth football team
3. Planning for next year's travel baseball team
4. Doing work on an as needed basis - Delegate it all, baby!

Tough to get anything done today...rather talk about football.

I am putzing around with my firewall here trying to get the piece of crap to open some ports for me, but other than that, I'm spending more time here than working :)

I've got Time Warner and we don't get the Big 10 network, so I won't be watching it there. We've got a bunch of guys coming in from various places for a guys night out. Not sure where we'll settle on for the viewing location, but it'll be somewhere in BG probably.

No one is working where I am. The parking lot was noticeably less full today. 3 hours and 10 minutes until I get to sit in traffic on I-465. Might have to cut out a little early today.

Independence Ohio reporting in.....month end closing always keeps you glued to AZZ...ahem...intranet-based applications.

Good luck to the team and safe travels to all road-trippers this weekend!

Thank the Lord...Wadsworth cable just got BTN yesterday so you know where I'll be tomorrow night...and it darn well better not be watching Indiana vs. Indiana State (attention BTN Content programmers).

My brother (in Texas) has Direct TV...hopefully, he'll figure out how to record using his Tivo and get me a copy...though he didn't realize, I think, that the game was at nite, because he said the only games he saw listed were the afternoon games. Hopefully, I've set him straight on that...He DID have one good idea (for a U.Cincy grad)...

It was:: call Dish TV to ask about the BT net...and tell them I want to switch to Direct TV if they don't get it... suppose if enough people bitched, it might work...in meantime, I'll "enjoy" the "Luckeyes" supporters who won't see their beloved team in action.

Working? I was, but I think I'll be done now. I don't get off until 7, but Friday's are always very slow days in the web conferencing world. Nobody schedules meetings for Friday afternoons. :-D
